On-site Participation – Regular Sessions - the standard registration fee is €300
The following reduced registration fees apply:
a) €250 / €200 – for IEEE/IAS members, depending on membership category.
b) €220 – for authors from lower-middle-income countries, according to the World Bank classification.
c) €250 – for authors from upper-middle-income countries, according to the World Bank classification.
d) €200 – for authors from Romania.
e) €150 – for students (bachelor's, master's, or doctoral students) from any country who are the first authors of their papers (maximum of 3 papers).
For authors who physically participate in ECAI, this fee includes:
- ECAI bag;
- Access to all sections of the conference;
- Access to coffee break;
- Access to the lunch from the day of the presentation of the paper.
Online Participation – E-session - the standard registration fee is €180
The following reduced registration fees apply:
a) €120 – for authors from lower-middle-income countries, according to the World Bank classification.
b) €150 – for authors from upper-middle-income countries, according to the World Bank classification.
c) €90 – for students (bachelor's, master's, or doctoral students) from any country who are the first authors of their papers (maximum of 3 papers).
An additional 10% discount applies to all registration fee categories for registrations completed by 1 April 2027 (inclusive).
For papers exceeding 10 pages, an additional fee of €10 per two extra pages applies, up to a maximum of 20 pages per paper.
The e-sessions will be organized only for authors that cannot attend the conference based on a motivation request that must be approved by the conference chairs.
If necessary (for an easy reimbursement by universities of the publication fee made by the Romanian authors), Romanian authors can pay in LEI at a rate of 5 LEI/EURO, using the bank account of LEI.
For co-authors participating to ECAI fee is €250 and includes:

Participation to ECAI Welcome dinner and/or ECAI Gala Dinner, for authors with regular fee and co-authors is conditioned by the payment of an extra fee for each of the dinners.
